Your Own Tips

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog.

About How To Create Products

  • If you're an expert in a subject yourself there are quite a few ways you can market your knowledge. One option is to get someone to ask you preset questions and record/transcribe those.
  • You could also do a free or paid tele-seminar, record that and turn that into an instant product. Offer it as downloadable audios, an actual CD, or just the typed up transcripts.
Record Your Own Tips
  • A similar strategy can be used on live seminars. You can either video tape the seminar; make an audio recording of it, or both.
  • Consider inviting other experts to join you in the seminar, than turn that into an instant product. These days’ webcasts are also popular. It’s simply a seminar via the Internet. Easily recorded then transferred into another product.
  • Turn Existing Content Into Products  You could easily contact a whole array of experts and ask them to submit their best articles or reports on a particular subject.
  • Then, compile them into a larger report or even an ebook. Each expert gets to include their web links at the end of their content so they get free publicity from the submission. It’s a win-win situation.
  • You could expand the exposure of your newly created product by giving all the experts who participated the chance to sell the product to their own customers.
  • You can also use this strategy with interviews as well. This is called a joint venture it and will expand your customer  base quickly which means increased sales for you.
  • The same idea can be used to borrow or reprint sections of ebooks, audios, or even existing  videos. Contact the author and ask for permission to reprint the content in exchange for free publicity.
  • If you want to create a product for the 'copywriting' crowd, you could contact several copywriting experts and ask them to submit a sales letters that they wrote for one of their products.
  • You could compile all the submitted letters into one mega collection of "proven  salesletters." You’ve got an instant product! Take this idea further still and ask each expert to  break the letter apart and explain the specific techniques they used to create it.
  • That added  information could easily double or triple the value of your 'proven salesletters' package. Now think of other markets that would find expert advice invaluable and you’re on your way to making tons of money.
Alternative
  • If you still want an easier or different way to do it, hire someone else to write it for you. You can go to a site like elance.com and find a ghostwriter. Hundreds of marketers are releasing products every day using the above strategy. They didn’t write a word of it, and they not even an expert on the subject but they are still making profits from it! It's the easiest way to start into this business and begin making money quickly!

Food Labelling

    Children's Benadryl Allergy Meltaways are being recalled by McNeil Consumer Healthcare.

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog;

Food Labelling
Codex standards on food labelling have been prepared through the Codex Committee on Food Labelling (CCFL). Like other Codex standards, these standards have been prepared through a well-defined and transparent set of procedures.

Federal regulations have made it easier to know exactly what you’re getting.  Information and language on the label are standardize. No more standing in the aisles wondering “what’s in this stuff?”

Aware of food quality
An increasing number of consumers and governments are becoming aware of food quality and safety issues and are realising the need to be selective about the foods people eat.  “One of the nice things about the new food label is that right next to the listing of calories in the food is of calories from  fat.” Says Martin Y, R.D., a Los Angeles Dietitian from American DA.

But while today’s food labels are accurate and accessible, they contain more information than you’ll probably need. Food labelling is the primary means of communication between the producer and seller of food on the one hand, and the purchaser and consumer on the other.

If your goal is losing weight, focus on the information that pertains to that-the serving size, and the amounts of fat and calories that are in the product.  In United States, it is compulsory to put nutrition labels on processed food. This information is regulated by law to meet certain conditions and follow a standardised format.

WHO
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has developed a Global Strategy on Diet, Physical Activity and Health.  A draft Action Plan on how Codex can assist in the implementation of the Global Strategy was prepared. Seven specific proposed actions were discussed at length during the CCFL meeting in 2007.

Malaysia has been participating in Codex activities since the 1960s. Since 1996, the Food Safety and Quality Division of MOH has been the Codex Secretariat for Malaysia. In our country, you may not be able to find nutrition labels on every product. This is because the law does not require food manufacturers to include such information. If they do so, it is voluntary. Neither is there a system to ensure that the nutrition information is true. some food products, large words spell out Cholesterol-free or High-calcium in eyecatching colours. These are called nutrition claims, which are currently not regulated by law either.

Suppose you’re looking for an eminently tasty spreadable that’s not too bad for the waistline.  You’re not going to study, down to the last milligram, all the minutiae on every product that land in your cart. You know to look for, you can separate the wheat from the chaff or the high fat from the non fat – with just a glance.

Labelling on food helps people make healthy and informed choices about the foods they buy and eat. How to use the nutrition facts table are significant supports to improved public health. By regulating the labelling of foods that might contain ingredients that can induce dangerous allergic reactions like peanuts, milk and eggs, to make it easier to eat safely and with confidence.

The Daily Values
Along the right side of each food label is a column of percentages labelled “% Daily Value” . These numbers are based on a 2,000-calories diet ( men typically eat more-around 2,200 to 2,400 calories a day). They provide an easy way to tell how far the different parts of the food; the total carbohydrates, cholesterol, fat, vitamin and so on go toward meeting your daily limits.

Learn to make healthier food choices by using nutrition labelling information, because nutrition labelling is information found on the labels of prepackaged foods. Suppose, for example, one serving of cookies contains one one gram of dietary fiber, or 3% of your ‘Daily Values’

Walk away from saturated fat
Right below the ‘Total fat’ line is ‘Saturated fat’.  Again, you want  this number to be low ,low since  saturated  fat.- which has been linked to obesity and heart disease – is truly nasty. No more than 10 percent of calories should come from saturated fat.

If that toothsome dessert you’re eyeing comes in high – say at 10 percent of your daily limit-you may want to pass  it by.

Nutrition Labelling
These give you information about the nutritional value of a food.  The information includes:
  • The calories in an amount of food can also help you make better food choices
  • The ingredient to Compare two products to make better food choices
  • Some optional to choose and compare food products for a healthier you.
  • You can use this information to make healthier food choices and achieve overall good health.
All of the information in the Nutrition Facts table is based an amount of food. This amount is always found at the top of the Nutrition Facts table.
?Did you know
Nutrition labelling became mandatory for all prepackaged foods on December 12, 2007. This means that all food companies have to include nutrition labelling on their prepackaged foods.

Creating Products

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog;

Creating products is not difficult
 If you really want to make good money in this business  and establish yourself as a respected expert, you have to be unique! This is so important that it’s worth repeating several times. Every chance you get, teach a class, give a speech or make a presentation. Not only will it help you polish your skills, but people will respect your knowledge.

Come up with a unique product or service,  Establish Your Uniqueness!   or a unique twist/angle to an existing product.  InfoProducts : Information products are created in either PDF format and/ or in EXE format. PDF Files: Portable Document Format files can be read across platforms. This means that any computer can read the digital information you've created [usually an ebook.] To create your PDF format information product (ebook) you'll need to own a copy of Adobe Acrobat distiller [ADOBE] and know how to format your document in PDF format.
If you have a business. So you want more publicity. Such is the plight of the modern entrepreneur. It seems like Jill Competitor is getting on the news all the time, and she doesn't even know that much! Every entrepreneur should become an expert. It will help you get more publicity, which brings in more clients/customers, and it makes you feel good to boot! But how do you become an expert? There's no such thing as expert school!

Of course, the latter is much easier and quicker to do. If you're in a highly competitive niche, take existing ideas and products and find ways to improve on them considerably. Find an area within your field/niche that needs attention but isn't getting any. Look for 'holes' in your niche. Figure out what the main problems and frustrations of customers that other marketers and business owners aren't addressing.

You can find this by, doing surveys, visiting message boards and forums, etc. Target a sub-niche (a smaller niche within a large niche) that isn't overflowing with competition, or one that isn't being addressed yet.

Your Eyes

Kelly England
Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog!

A photograph of an eye

The eyes give people away when they least expect it, unlike any other part of the body.

Skin layers on the lower eye have very soft and delicate dermis and begin to lost firmness and elasticity as we age due to the decreased productions of collagen and the reduction of elasticity.
"My main hesitation is that there will be lose saggy skin after the fat pad is removed and I'm not sure CP could really help in such a delicate area. I don't want to trade one problem in for a bigger problem..."
Small fatty pouches can accumulate below and above the eyes, resulting the droopy upper eyelids and bags beneath he lower lid. Saggy skin is caused by the normal aging process due to the decreased production of collagen and the reduction of elasticity.

Saggy Area
The skin under the eye is very thin and is therefore often the first part of the face to loose its natural strength. Since the skin below the eyes is so thin, it is the first to lose its natural strength, if nothing is done, drooping layers of skin become obvious to give you an 'aged' look, leaving your eyes appearing tired, wrinkled or  puffy.

Cause dark circles
Stress is closely connected to tiredness and often is linked to poor quality sleep. The Sun is known for its ability to damage beauty, and it also worsens the appearance of dark circles.  Sustenance wise, an insufficient amount of iron, which is most successfully consumed from eating meat especially found in kidneys and liver, also can cause dark circles. Those that lead a vegetarian diet are more likely to have unwanted eye shades than meat eaters. Finally, dark circles can also be hereditary and observed throughout generations of families.

Eyelid Skin Problem ?
The technical therm for sagging eye lids is blepharochalasis, and blepharoplasty is the surgical modifications done to improve the appearance of sagging eyelids.  If you are having a problem with your eyelids, such as an infection or a growth, this can create serious problems for the eyes themselves, according to Dr. Susan R. Carter of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. An eyelid infection can result in pain and irritation to the eye, and can potentially lead to the loss of vision.
Like most other parts of your body, your eyelid can get infected. There are also specific eyelid problems, are ;
   *  Eyelids that turn in or out
   *  Abnormal blinking or twitching
   *  Eyelid that droop
Among the many causes of sagging eyelids are, fatigue, insufficient sleep, fluid retention, toxin, smoking and even thyroid dysfunction. Dragging when applying makeup or rubbing generally do not help either.

What is a Stye?:

A stye, or hordeolum, is a small bump that can appear on the outside or inside of the eyelid.A stye develops from an eyelash follicle or an eyelid oil gland that becomes clogged from excess oil, debris or bacteria. Styes seem to be brought on by increased stress, but can also be a complication of another condition, called lepharitis.

Great Writers

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog,

Newbie
Most people who are new to the Internet, or even some who have been around for a while, believe that they can't create their own ebooks (or CD’s, videos, etc.) because they can't  write.

Create your own
There are also a lot of 'so-called' gurus or experts who want you to believe that it's more difficult than it actually is. In this report you’ll learn that you CAN create your own ebooks and other products. And that you can do it fast! It doesn’t even matter if you have any writing experience.

Your main challenge will be to prove that you’re an expert on the topic you’re writing about. But don’t worry, creating your own product will be easy once you learn the shortcut and tips outlined below. It’s about perspective. Imagine if you’d never seen a bicycle before and then suddenly you saw someone riding one.

You’d think, wow, that’s incredible, there’s no way I can do that. But you can. Sure it’ll take some practice and some instruction. And for the first bit, if someone runs beside you – that would make it easier. That’s what this ebook is, it’s that first help you need to be on your way. Writing something that’s marketable is possible and you can learn how. It’s just like riding a bike.

Just get the information
The trick really is to just get started. An empty page will kill your creativity. Just start writing and let your thoughts flow. At the beginning, don’t worry about spelling, grammar, sentence  structure or formatting. Just get the information out of you.

The editing comes later. If you edit while you write, you’ll interrupt your flow of ideas. You could also try recording yourself. Talk freely and imagine you’re talking to a friend. Give advice about the subject your writing about. Then, when you’re done, you can type it all out into your computer, or get someone to transcribe it. You don’t need to be an English major to write an ebook. In fact it’s better if you’re not.

The best writing and the easiest to read is conversational. Write the way you talk to a friend, and don’t try to impress with fancy words. Then, read it out loud. This is super important.

You’ll find things you won’t see by reading it silently. And before you know it you’ll be adding, editing, and moving content around. You can also hire a college student to edit it for you, if you’re not comfortable doing it yourself. Ebooks that feel like the author is talking to the reader are the most helpful and easiest to read, even if a comma is in the wrong spot. Perfect can be perfectly boring. So don’t get hung up on grammatical details.

If it still seems like a daunting task to write the book, break the ebook up into sections or chapters, and knock them out one at a time. Think of it as writing short reports. Write a list of all the different areas you want to cover.

First  Step
Then write about them one at a time. Don’t stress about flow. You can move the order around later. The first step is the content. You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to put it all together once you’ve got lots to work with.

Happen

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog !

1.TAIWAN ::

Issued a weather warning as TYPHOON TALIM came straight for the Island. The typhoon made landfall the following day with winds of over hundred knots [185km/h] shutting down businesses, financial markets or schools and causing some 1.5M power failures.
Massive damage in central Taiwan town of Lushan after 1600mm of rain dumped by typhoon Sinlaku caused huge flash floods

2.BAHAMAS ::
While HURRICANE KATRINA  wreaked havoc along the Louisiana coast. The heavy rains experienced in Nassau were cause by local thunderstorm.

Hurricane Katrina Facts:
  •  Pressure and sustained wind at landfall: / 125 mph
  •  Pressure and sustained wind at landfall:  / 120 mph
  •  Maximum sustained winds at peak: 175 mph
  •  Storm surge height: 27.8 feet, Pass Christian, MS
  •  Up to 80% of New Orleans was under water from flooding.
  •  Hurricane Katrina began as a tropical depression near the Bahamas
Katrina formed in the central Bahamas and moved northwest. It made landfall in south Florida on the Broward/Miami-Dade counties line as a category 1 hurricane

3. AFRICA ::
Long term drought continued in parts of the horn  of Africa and Southern Africa. Southern Somalia, central and southern Mozambique, southern Malawi and eastern Zimbabwe were among affected regions. Representing the transition zone between humid tropical Africa and the arid Sahara, it is particularly sensitive to changes in the position  and intensity of the African Monsoon, which are modulated by changes in solar insolation and sea-surface temperatures. While the Sahel has experienced numerous dry episodes in the past, data prior to the beginning of the twentieth century are inadequate to  determine conclusively whether the period of desiccation in the latter part of the twentieth century is unprecedented within the context of climate variability over the historical period.Here we present a decade-scale reconstruction of rainfall and drought in equatorial east Africa over the past 1,100 years, based on lake-level and salinity fluctuations of Lake Naivasha (Kenya) inferred from three different palaeolimnological proxies: sediment stratigraphy and the species compositions of fossil diatom and midge assemblages.

Our data indicate that, over the past millennium, equatorial east Africa has alternated between contrasting climate conditions, with significantly drier climate than today during the 'Medieval Warm Period'

4.  PORTUGAL ::
As a result of the region's  extended drought, firefighters were tackling some of the worst forest fires in living memory . Some 250,000 hectares of forest were burned across the country.

Drought In Portugal :: Hundreds of firefighters are trying to douse brush fires that have spread through northern and central Portugal.  Residents tried to beat back the flames nearing their homes with the branches of trees and buckets of water.

5. PHILIPPINES ::
Seasonal monsoon rains hit the Philippines, while Typhoon gathered strength in the Philippine Sea and headed for the Northern Mariana Island.Typhoon Megi struck the Philippines on Monday with ferocious winds of 140 miles (225 kilometers) per hour, but initial assessments showed relatively light damage and casualties, partly because the storm struck sparsely populated areas. Philippine officials also cited their massive emergency preparations days ahead of the storm.
 Vehicles try to pass through a fallen tree at the onslaught of typhoon Megi (local name _Juan_) Monday Oct.18, 2010 at Cauayan, Isabela province in northeastern Philippines.
6. MUMBAI ::
 Record monsoon rains fell at the end of July.  Flooding not just Mumbai city but also the surrounding rice-producing region. The rice harvest from thousands of hectares was wiped out. Already struggling with the  aftermath of the rains.

7. SASKATCHEWAN ::
In Western Canada, southern Saskatchewan and south-eastern Alberta baled in abnormal heat.The Canadians' ice-free passage is further evidence that Arctic ice is melting in the northern summer more extensively than usual.

In a trend that scientists attribute to changing winds and rising temperatures, submarine sonar probes indicate the thickness of polar ice is only 58 per cent of what it was in the 1950s.

8. LOUISIANA ::
 New Orleans was under water. During the previous night. The storm surge caused by Hurricane Katrina, broke through the flood defences submerging 80%of the city

MultiMinerals and MultiVitamins

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog  .  .

. .  .    continuation

  • Study shows that taking 3k mg of vitamin C before a stressful task helps blood pressure and cortisos levels return to normal more quickly.  Vitamin C has been shown to reduce cortisol levels which is very important to do post  work out.  "Blood pressure" is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways. You will most often see blood pressure numbers written with the systolic number above or before the diastolic, such as 120/80 mmHg. (The mmHg is millimeters of mercury—the units used to measure blood pressure.) .   What is cortisol ?   is a type of hormone produced in the body that is best known as the “stress” hormone. It is produced during times of stress (exercise) and elicits the ‘fight or flight’ response which helps us to perform exercises.

.hormones Cortisol: The Hormone that makes you sweat, gain weight and more. Time to control it.          Bioidentical hormones are custom-mixed formulas containing various hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally made by your body.
  • Magnesium and vitamin D help maintain good muscle and nerve fuction. Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is a pre-hormone, its important role in regulating body levels of calcium and phosphorus, and in mineralization of bone. Vitamin D is metabolized into a potent steroid hormone called calcitriol, More recently, it has become clear that receptors for calcitriol, are present in a wide variety of cells, and that calcitriol, has biologic effects which extend far beyond control of mineral metabolism.

  • Total body magnesium content is approximately 25 g (1,000 mmol), of which 50 to 60 percent resides in bone in the normal adult. One-third of skeletal magnesium is exchangeable. Magnesium transport into or out of cells appears to require the presence of carrier-mediated transport systems
  • For strong and healthy bones , look to calcium and vitamin D as well as other bone-fortifying minerals such as manganese, copper, magnesium and zinc.
  • Optimal nutrient absorption, take oil-based supplements after a meal, and water based-ones before a meal.  Follow strictly the manufacturer's instructions on the label.  The Optimum Daily Allowances are estimates based on what the science is showing us to be the most beneficial intakes of nutrients. If these levels can be achieved from diet alone then there’s no need to supplement.
  • Zinc is an essential mineral for immunity and growth -  Adequately feeding your immune system boosts its fighting power. Immune boosters work in many ways. They increase the number of white cells in the immune system army, train them to fight better, and help them form an overall better battle plan. *8 Foods that boost Immunity :  1. Carotenoids. 2. Vitamin C. 3. Vitamin E. 4. Bioflavenoids. 5. garlic  6. Zinc.  7. Omega-3 fatty acids. 8.Selenium .

About MultiVitamins And MultiMinerals

Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog;

  • Always close bottles tightly to prevent oxidation and store them away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Get radiant and glowing skin with selenium, silica,  zinc, copper, omega3, fatty acids and vitamin A,B,C,E and K.   Retinoic acid often called vitamin A, The effects of retinoic acid on the process of skin ageing have been well documented and include increase synthesis of collagen, reducing fine wrinkles, improve skin texture and increase skin thickness.
  • People on restricted diets and the elderly are at risk of zinc deficiency. They may suffer hair loss, loss of appetite, diarrhoea, skin lesions, impotence.  Zinc-deficient animals require 50% more food to gain the same weight of an animal supplied with adequate amounts of zinc. Zinc is not particularly toxic and is an essential element in the growth of all animals and plants.
  • Spinach
  • Get beautiful Eyes and great vision with vitamins A,C,E and lutein. Lutein is a yellow or orange pigment found in some fruits and vegetables, Lutein is concentrated in the retinas of your eyes and is necessary for good vision. A diet rich in lutein may lower your risk of developing cataracts and macular degeneration.
  • When we are constantly under pressure the body can depleted of magnesium, which can trigger headache and fatigure. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant cation in the body, with 60% in the bone and 40% distributed equally between muscle and non-muscular soft tissue. Only 1% of magnesium is extracellular. Has an important role in at least 300 fundamental enzymatic reactions, including the transfer of phosphate groups,  and the hydrolysis of phosphate and pyrophosphate.
  • Weakness, dizziness, grumpiness, headaches, paleness, shortness of breath and trouble concentrating are signs and symptoms of anaemia. Make sure your multivitamins/ multiminerals contain ion to help red blood cell formation.    Red blood cells andwhite blood cells  are responsible for nourishing and cleansing the body. Since the cells are alive, they too need nourishment.Vitamins and Minerals keep the blood healthy. The blood cells have a definite life cycle, just as all living organisms do. Approximately 55 percent of blood is plasma, a straw-colored clear liquid. The liquid plasma carries the solid cells and the platelets which help blood clot. Without blood platelets, you would bleed to death.red blood cells
  • Vitamin C and selenium are potent antioxidant to bolster your defence system.  Vitamin C is the only vitamin that seems to play a role in every body function. The bad news is that deficiencies have been found in 25 to 50 percent of the adult population.  Vitamin C is an antioxidant required for tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function, and healthy gums. The body cannot manufacture vitamin C, so it must be obtained through diet and supplements.
  • Remember healthy, supplements are not meant to replace meals, take them along with a healthy and nutritions diet.  Nutrition is all about the study of food and how our bodies use food as fuel for growth and daily activities. The macronutrients, or "big" nutrients include proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. The micronutrients, or "little" nutrients are the vitamins and minerals that we need to be healthy.
  • Did you know that calcium helps in stressful moments. Calcium reduces muscle spasms, eases anxiety, and improves mood swings linked to pre-menstrual syndrome?
  •   Calcium source
  • Calcium is an element founds in bones, shells and limestone, among other materials. Calcium, along with vitamin D, helps build and maintain healthy bones and teeth. In addition, calcium.  Dairy products are the preferred sources of calcium. Children need 3 servings a day whereas pre-teens, teens and older adults need four servings a day. The following foods provide about 400 milligrams of calcium  ;
    • Sardines with bones -- 3 1/2 ounces
    • Yogurt, plain low-fat with milk solids added -- 1 cup
    • Yogurt, plain nonfat -- 1 cup
    • Tofu processed with calcium salts (content of tofu varies widely so consult label)
    • Cafe latte -- 12 ounces .
