Your Eyes

Kelly England
Hallo! Thank you for visiting my blog!

A photograph of an eye

The eyes give people away when they least expect it, unlike any other part of the body.

Skin layers on the lower eye have very soft and delicate dermis and begin to lost firmness and elasticity as we age due to the decreased productions of collagen and the reduction of elasticity.
"My main hesitation is that there will be lose saggy skin after the fat pad is removed and I'm not sure CP could really help in such a delicate area. I don't want to trade one problem in for a bigger problem..."
Small fatty pouches can accumulate below and above the eyes, resulting the droopy upper eyelids and bags beneath he lower lid. Saggy skin is caused by the normal aging process due to the decreased production of collagen and the reduction of elasticity.

Saggy Area
The skin under the eye is very thin and is therefore often the first part of the face to loose its natural strength. Since the skin below the eyes is so thin, it is the first to lose its natural strength, if nothing is done, drooping layers of skin become obvious to give you an 'aged' look, leaving your eyes appearing tired, wrinkled or  puffy.

Cause dark circles
Stress is closely connected to tiredness and often is linked to poor quality sleep. The Sun is known for its ability to damage beauty, and it also worsens the appearance of dark circles.  Sustenance wise, an insufficient amount of iron, which is most successfully consumed from eating meat especially found in kidneys and liver, also can cause dark circles. Those that lead a vegetarian diet are more likely to have unwanted eye shades than meat eaters. Finally, dark circles can also be hereditary and observed throughout generations of families.

Eyelid Skin Problem ?
The technical therm for sagging eye lids is blepharochalasis, and blepharoplasty is the surgical modifications done to improve the appearance of sagging eyelids.  If you are having a problem with your eyelids, such as an infection or a growth, this can create serious problems for the eyes themselves, according to Dr. Susan R. Carter of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. An eyelid infection can result in pain and irritation to the eye, and can potentially lead to the loss of vision.
Like most other parts of your body, your eyelid can get infected. There are also specific eyelid problems, are ;
   *  Eyelids that turn in or out
   *  Abnormal blinking or twitching
   *  Eyelid that droop
Among the many causes of sagging eyelids are, fatigue, insufficient sleep, fluid retention, toxin, smoking and even thyroid dysfunction. Dragging when applying makeup or rubbing generally do not help either.

What is a Stye?:

A stye, or hordeolum, is a small bump that can appear on the outside or inside of the eyelid.A stye develops from an eyelash follicle or an eyelid oil gland that becomes clogged from excess oil, debris or bacteria. Styes seem to be brought on by increased stress, but can also be a complication of another condition, called lepharitis.
